Nan, i had known you since i started at the University 16 years ago. You were always friendly and helpful when i had any queries and i don’t think there was ever anything you were unable to help me with in all that time. I’ll miss our constant chats about the football and just things in general but most of all your constant cheeriness in the office, even when things got hard.
